The palate has wonderful underlying layers of caramel and nutty oak notes, tart grapefruit and fresh rockmelon supported by baked peach and a touch of nougat on the finish. Amazing balance and poise for such a young chardonnay is showing the class of both the amazing 2021 Yarra Valley vintage and classy winemaking.
